Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cerebral Cloud platform ("Service"), operated by Baer Auto Technology, LLC ("Provider"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Cerebral Cloud is a multi-tenant operational data lakehouse platform built on Google Cloud Platform. The Service provides data integration, ETL/Reverse ETL pipelines, CRM, accounting, and AI-powered analytics capabilities.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees include a credit card processing surcharge which is disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before trial expiration.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload, process, or store through the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you will have 60 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
